Our policy lasts 40 days. If 40 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you the exchange.
We only offer the resend to deflected item(not due to bad handling by postage) or incorrect item received as compared to the order made.
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To arrange for the resend, please contact us at email@example.com, including the order number, and attached a photo of the deflective/incorrect item. We will revert to you within 5 workings day and make arrangement to resend the item to you again.(if applicable)
Once the request is approved after investigation by us, we will cover the shipment fee required to resend you the item for replacement via registered mail.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your resend product to reach you, may vary.
Once order is made, we will not be refunding for any order due to change of mind, even if the items are yet to be shipped out.
We will also not be responsible for any delay of shipment or lost of mail, as all shipment are sent via Registered Mail, you will be able to check and contact your local Postage Company for update and investigation.
