Refund Policy
Exchange / Resend
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you the exchange.
We only offer the resend to the deflected items (not due to bad handling by postage) or incorrect items received as compared to the order made.
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To arrange for the resend, please contact us at our Contact Us Form or email us at admin@customizedmtg.com, including the order number, and attached a photo of the defective/incorrect item. We will revert to you within 5 workings days and make arrangements to resend the item to you again. (if applicable)
Shipping
Once the request is approved after an investigation by us, we will cover the shipment fee required to resend you the item for replacement via registered mail.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your resend product to reach you may vary.
Refund
Once an order is made, we will not be refunded for any order due to a change of mind, even if the items are yet to be shipped out.
We will also not be responsible for any delay of shipment or loss of mail, as all shipments are sent via Registered Mail, you will be able to check and contact your local Postage Company for updates and investigations.
