Shipping Policy

-All orders will be shipped out by us within 10 business days (2 weeks) from the date of order received.

–We provide international shipment and able to ship to most countries worldwide. 

-Once the order is shipped, we will not be responsible for any delay of shipment or loss of mail caused by the postage provider.

-Customers are responsible for any import duties, fees, and/or taxes related to an order. Because rates vary, we are unable to answer questions regarding your country’s import duties and/or taxes.

-We will not intentionally under-declare the value of a package or declare the package as a gift for the express purpose of avoiding import duties, fees, and/or taxes.

-All orders will be sent via Registered Mail, and we will update you further with the tracking details once your order is shipped.

*** Shipment to the United States – Please note the following due to the new implementation of the US Tariff :

1) We are not able to offer the cheaper International Registered Mail option due to USPS rejecting them.

2) We do provide an alternative option of International Letter Mail, but this option has no tracking. Therefore, we will not be responsible for any loss for this shipment option. Choosing this shipment option means that you agree that no refund will be provided if there is any issue with the shipment. 

3) For other options, tax might be collected from you by the shipping provider when they are delivering the parcel.***
